




Maintain the daily operation efficiently and profitably for the units in charge, ensuring that products are of standardized quality, guaranteeing personalized service for each customer. Review on a daily basis budget compliance, purchases, orders, and shortages of supplies. Manage personnel by carefully conducting training and supervision. Supervise and coordinate operations of the units under responsibility Ensure each unit meets the company's established standards for quality, service, and profitability Project the ideal staffing levels, as well as coordinate and supervise personnel across all units, including involvement in selection, training, and shift scheduling Determine together with the Executive Chef the suppliers to be used in the various business units Conduct audits on finances, products, and hygiene of the business units Identify and indicate maintenance opportunity areas for correction according to authorized budgets Process and verify permits and regulations with authorities Coordinate with General Management and Marketing the advertising campaigns for proper execution Prepare Check Lists jointly with the General Management for each business unit Review proper compliance with internal work regulations at the business units Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per week Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract Work location: On-site
