




Location: Northern Zone of Saltillo, Coahuila Area: Operations / Entertainment and Hospitality **Objective** Manage the business unit with high standards of supervision over financial resources, supplier payments, payroll processing, system entry of purchases, sales reporting, and general administration. **Responsibilities** Preparing cash register closings Preparing purchase reports Preparing supplier reports Reviewing system records versus purchase entries Submitting daily sales reports Reviewing transfers, inputs, and outputs of supplies Preparing reconciliations Responsible for cash control Conducting inventory audits across various departments Auditing daily purchases Reviewing budget compliance and reporting findings to the Zone Management and Operations Directorate Reviewing staffing levels and headcount Reviewing and documenting shrinkage evidence Inventory management **REQUIREMENTS** **Proven Experience** Minimum 3–5 years in the role of "Restaurant Manager" at high-volume restaurants (casual dining and fine dining) Minimum education: completed technical or high school diploma; degree in Administration, Tourism, or related field (preferred) **Knowledge** Personnel management and leadership Inventory control Conflict resolution and basic first aid Regulations regarding alcohol sales and civil protection Basic tools: Excel, communication radios, point-of-sale (POS) systems **Skills** Firm yet empathetic leadership Problem-solving under pressure Clear communication and handling of difficult customers Organization and rapid decision-making Ability to maintain a safe and controlled environment Willingness to work nights and weekends **Attitudes** Executive presence Personal security awareness and self-control Focus on service and atmosphere Ethics, responsibility, and reliability **IMPORTANT:** Only candidates meeting all the above requirements will be considered Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Relocation/moving capability: * Saltillo, Coah.: Ability to commute to work without difficulty or plan relocation prior to starting employment (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
