Bachelor's degree or related engineering Gender indifferent Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience Availability of schedule Easy transportation preferred Responsibilities: * Audit refills performed by the performance department, analyzing performance, liters, km and cross-checking against the diesel pump. * Review diesel refill records. * Calculate discounts for operators based on performance, RPMs, and KM/H. * Reconcile diesel invoices with refills. * Reconcile urea invoices with refilled amounts. * Calculate urea efficiency and apply payroll deductions in case of shortages. * Manage personnel roster for performance and POD teams. * In case of shortage of performance or POD staff, cover these operations (fuel dispatch, receiving fuel trucks, trip scanning, using customer portals and uploading trips). * Assist operators with questions regarding their performance and bonuses. * Report incidents involving supervised personnel. * Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for diesel pumps. * Request supplies for the department. * Generate purchase orders for purchases made. * Knowledge of unit scanning Salary will be discussed after the interview according to knowledge and skills.
