We are looking for a dedicated, organized, and motivated **Administrative Assistant** eager to grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Your mission** Provide support in managing, controlling, and coordinating administrative activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently alongside our Administrative Manager. **What you will do every day:** **Procurement and Supplier Management** * Request and compare quotes. * Negotiate prices, delivery times, and commercial terms. * Continuously seek new alternatives to optimize costs and quality. **Logistics and Distribution** * Coordinate delivery routes and ensure each shipment arrives on time and complete. * Track and resolve issues with courier services. **Inventory and Warehousing** * Monitor physical inventories and keep system records updated. * Coordinate the movement of goods in and out of internal and external warehouses. * Ensure availability of office materials and packaging supplies. **Administrative Management** * Manage petty cash, fuel vouchers, and operational expenses. * Enter purchase orders and invoices into BIND. * Maintain updated reports on purchases, deliveries, and pending items. **Requirements** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative, procurement, or logistics roles. * Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems (BIND desirable). * Proactive, organized attitude with strong attention to detail. * Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute new ideas. **Schedule and benefits** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (1 hour lunch break). * Statutory benefits (IMSS and INFONAVIT). * Positive, dynamic, and continuously growing work environment. **Would you like to become part of Blooms \& Blends?** We want to meet you and grow together!
