




Job Summary: Coordinate transportation logistics, cargo tracking, and customer service, ensuring efficiency and negotiation of special events. Key Responsibilities: 1. Equipment positioning and loading coordination 2. Traffic monitoring and customer service 3. Negotiation of special events with customers Coordinate equipment positioning and loading; monitor transit until delivery and evidence recovery; track traffic (tracking) and calculate service and customer service indicators. Maintain a reliable carrier portfolio that guarantees pricing and availability to ensure optimal-cost equipment positioning, cargo loading and shipment documentation, coordinate updated traffic tracking records (web tracking), and provide feedback to the Cx C and Cx PC executives. Coordinate shipments, transit, deliveries, and provide customers with shipment tracking feedback. Negotiate special events (e.g., unloading, rate overages, incidents, etc.) with customers and follow up. Maintain a reliable carrier portfolio covering various equipment specialties. Achieve 96% equipment positioning compliance within 24 hours. Guarantee a minimum average margin of 10%. Ensure 100% on-time deliveries.
