* Support recruitment and selection processes.
* Posting job openings on various platforms.
* Candidate follow-up and interview scheduling.
* Employee file integration and updating.
* Preparation of employment contracts, letters, and labor documentation.
* Tracking of attendance incidents, vacations, and absences.
* Support for onboarding and orientation processes.
* Addressing and following up on employee inquiries.
* Management of HR databases and reports.
* Administrative support for the department.
* Tracking of medical leaves, hires, and terminations.
* Support for internal events and team-building activities.
Experience and Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources areas.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Extensive knowledge of labor-related matters.
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with staff.
* Federal Labor Law.
* Management of employee files and labor documentation.

* Tracking of attendance incidents and payroll preparation.
