Job Objective: Supervise, control, and manage resources involved in distribution—including drivers, assistants, vehicles, documents, etc.—to contribute to achieving established service levels and operational standards set by DLSC, aligned with a defined budget under their control scope, while ensuring personnel safety and health conditions. Main Responsibilities: Daily coordination with the Sales Department to resolve opportunity areas arising during pre-sales and distribution execution, ensuring commitment to agreed service levels aligned with service standards. Ensure drivers verify compliance with defined product quality standards (physical integrity and freshness) to deliver products to customers in optimal condition. Ensure execution of the routine at the retailer (including product, fixtures, and equipment delivery) to meet established commitments, verifying correct documentation supporting deliveries performed, supervising use of personal protective equipment and distribution equipment (hand trucks, dollies, etc.), and ensuring physical safety during execution. Coordinate necessary activities to provide support in cases of mechanical failures, traffic incidents, or customer service incidents. Conduct accident investigations at their workplace and analyze root causes with their team to communicate findings to staff and establish strategies enabling learning application and recurrence prevention. Collect workplace safety indicators, analyze them, and generate team commitment to improve them.
