Position Summary: Support talent acquisition, training, payroll and benefits administration, execution of cultural programs, communication and events, recognition initiatives, and administrative tasks for associates. Compensation and Benefits - Efficiently administer all associate benefit programs. Culture Programs - Execute culture programs such as Healthy Living, Mentors, Orange Blood Nuclei, Orange Blood Challenge, Depot Team, and all other initiatives promoting and communicating the Company’s culture. In-Store Communication and Events - Receive, distribute, and communicate any notices or announcements directed to associates through appropriate channels. - Organize quarterly events, Christmas party, Mother’s Day celebration, and all other events fostering associate engagement and camaraderie. - Monitor the Associate Communication Kit in the associate area. Recognition - Support and assist the Store Leadership Team in delivering associate recognition. Occupational Health and Medical Department - Support the assigned store physician and, together with Human Resources Management, provide sufficient supplies to the medical area. - Administer and monitor workplace accidents. Social Responsibility - Implement donation programs and Depot Teams.
