




Position Summary: This role supports Human Resources functions, including talent attraction, training, payroll, benefits, cultural programs, internal communication, and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance and positive associate experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive support in Talent Attraction and Training processes. 2. Payroll, severance, and IMSS management, and benefits administration. 3. Promotion of organizational culture and team-building events for associates. RECENT GRADUATE Talent Attraction - Recruitment to ensure appropriate talent is hired for the store. Training - Implement in-store tools to ensure associates understand operational and customer service processes necessary to perform their job duties. Labor - Support Department Heads in developing work schedules and vacation plans for associates, ensuring fairness and maintaining work-life balance. - Post schedules on the designated bulletin board. Payroll, Severance, and IMSS - Process payroll in accordance with Company guidelines and legal requirements (SUA, IMSS, etc.), and update data in the Human Resources system. - Manage all IMSS and Fonacot procedures related to the store. - Accurately prepare severance documents per Company policies, following recommendations from the Labor and Payroll areas. Compensation and Benefits - Efficiently administer all associate benefit programs. Culture Programs - Implement Culture programs such as Healthy Living, Mentors, Orange Blood Nuclei, Orange Blood Challenge, Depot Team, and other initiatives promoting and communicating the Company’s culture. In-Store Communication and Events - Receive, distribute, and communicate any notices or announcements directed to associates through appropriate channels. - Organize quarterly events, Christmas Party, Mother’s Day Celebration, and other events fostering associate engagement and camaraderie. - Monitor the Associate Communication Kit in the associate area. Recognition - Support and assist the Store Leadership Team in delivering associate recognition. Occupational Health and Medical Department - Support the assigned physician and, together with Human Resources Management, provide sufficient resources to the medical area. - Administer and track workplace accidents. Social Responsibility - Implement donation programs and Depot Teams.
