Position Summary: This role supports Human Resources functions, including talent attraction, training, payroll, benefits, cultural programs, internal communication, and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance and positive associate experience. Compensation and Benefits - Efficiently administer all associate benefit programs. Culture Programs - Implement Culture programs such as Healthy Living, Mentors, Orange Blood Nuclei, Orange Blood Challenge, Depot Team, and other initiatives promoting and communicating the Company’s culture. In-Store Communication and Events - Receive, distribute, and communicate any notices or announcements directed to associates through appropriate channels. - Organize quarterly events, Christmas Party, Mother’s Day Celebration, and other events fostering associate engagement and camaraderie. - Monitor the Associate Communication Kit in the associate area. Recognition - Support and assist the Store Leadership Team in delivering associate recognition. Occupational Health and Medical Department - Support the assigned physician and, together with Human Resources Management, provide sufficient resources to the medical area. - Administer and track workplace accidents. Social Responsibility - Implement donation programs and Depot Teams.
