Position Summary: Heineken Mexico is seeking a Permits Manager in Saltillo to manage alcohol sales licenses, stakeholder relationships, and ensure efficiency in municipal procedures. Analyze and align legal reforms with the business focus At Heineken Mexico, we are looking for Talent to join our team in Saltillo, Coahuila, as: "Permits Management" handling state-level alcohol sales licenses and permits. "We welcome experience that adds value to our organization". **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage the company’s relationships with various stakeholder groups. * Liaise with and analyze information impacting the local business. * Analyze and align legislative reforms with the business focus. * Create conditions conducive to company growth. * Ensure efficiency and simplification in municipal license and permit management timelines. * Administer costs and penalties, and analyze best practices and regulatory trends aligned with our institutional processes and Code of Ethics. * Conduct visits to stakeholder groups (municipal and state government agencies, congress, and business chambers). * Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial areas, licensing and permitting teams, and staff to effectively engage external stakeholders. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree with official diploma (applications without this requirement will not be processed). * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Strong communication, negotiation, teamwork, organizational, and analytical skills. * Valid standard driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (verifiable; driving test required). * Willingness and ability to travel. * Proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel, presentations). * Resident of Saltillo, Coahuila. **Please carefully read and assess the requirements before applying; candidates who do not meet the profile will not be considered.** **We Offer:** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Monthly gross salary: $22,000. * Grocery vouchers. * 10% savings fund contribution. * Pension plan. * Company car
