Position Summary: Manage, supervise, and execute accounting, tax, and financial processes, ensuring legal compliance and resource control. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous updating on tax, accounting, and labor matters **Position Objective:** Manage, supervise, and execute the organization's accounting, tax, and financial processes, ensuring timely compliance with legal, tax, and labor obligations, as well as proper control of economic resources. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation, control, and monitoring of financial budgets. * Administration and processing of employee payroll. * Calculation and preparation of severance payments and settlements in accordance with current legislation. * Accounting and tax management of charitable organizations (donatarias). * Filing of monthly and annual tax returns. * Review and control of issued and received invoices. * Preparation and monitoring of provisional tax payments. * Compliance with obligations before IMSS, ISN, and SAT. * Bank reconciliations and control of accounting accounts. * Generation of financial and accounting reports for management. * Support for internal and external audits. * Continuous updating on tax, accounting, and labor matters. **Required Knowledge:** * General and financial accounting. * Mexican tax legislation. * Payroll administration and labor incident handling. * Calculation of federal and state taxes. * Procedures and obligations before IMSS, SAT, and ISN. * Management of charitable organizations and civil associations (desirable). * Accounting systems and administrative software. * Intermediate/advanced Excel. **Skills and Competencies:** * Organization and planning. * Attention to detail. * Numerical analysis. * Responsibility and confidentiality. * Proactivity. * Ability to work under pressure. * Effective communication.
