This position requires fieldwork skills, ability to travel, and a proactive approach to customer service and quality. **Academic Requirements:** * Completed High School, Technical Career, or Preparatory School, or * Bachelor's degree in Biology, Agronomy, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields. **Key Skills:** * Punctuality. * Good personal presentation. * Effective communication. * Specialized technical knowledge. * Development and execution of action plans. * Compliance with established procedures. **Personal Characteristics:** * Results-oriented. * Strong sense of urgency. * Customer service focus. * Teamwork. * Ability to work under pressure. * Analytical and disciplined profile. **Specific Requirements:** * **Valid driver's license**. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar or related roles. **Main Responsibilities:** **Specific Activities:** * Conduct on-site inspections and provide technical services for urban pest control. * Develop and implement work plans based on identified issues. * Complete service documentation following quality and safety standards. **General Activities:** * Interpret and apply the **NOM-256-SSA1-2012** in operations. * Implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs. * Promptly follow up on identified issues until pest control is achieved. * Proper use of personal protective equipment. **Resources Used:** * Operation of application equipment such as: Manual and motorized sprayers Dusters Micro-injectors ULV foggers Thermal foggers **Application Process:** Interested candidates must meet the stated requirements and be willing to work in the field, including frequent travel.
