




360 Energy is an Argentine company specialized in the development of large-scale photovoltaic solar energy projects, covering the entire value chain, from development and technological research to commercialization, construction, operation, and maintenance of solar parks. **Responsibilities:** * Review site procedures to validate work methodologies and establish preventive measures. * Manage internal and external audits, conducting root cause analyses and improvement plans in response to deviations. * Schedule and carry out operational control visits to assigned job sites. * Establish work and rest schedules for Occupational Health and Safety personnel. * Prepare monthly Occupational Health and Safety management reports for statistics and goal tracking. * Ensure compliance with waste management procedures and rational use of resources, including reporting to environmental authorities. * Coordinate emergency drills, evaluating internal and external resources. * Plan and coordinate Safety and Environmental training for staff and contractors. * Control contractor documentation and site access authorizations. * Investigate incidents, identifying root causes and corrective actions. * Monitor inventory of protective clothing and equipment, managing purchases when necessary. * Define appropriate safety and environmental signage and labeling at the job site. * Evaluate the performance of contracted companies and supervise their work teams. **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Safety, or related field. * 5 years of experience in **Integrated Management Systems for Safety, Environment, and Quality**, preferably in the **construction sector**. * Availability to travel and relocate to various job sites where the company conducts construction. * Knowledge of local, provincial, and national legal regulations regarding safety and environment. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Possession of DC3 Skills Certification; if an external consultant, DC5 certification issued by the Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare. * Knowledge of management systems under ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards (desirable). * Must reside in Saltillo, Coahuila.
