Position Summary: We are seeking a Home-Based Collection Agent with negotiation and customer service skills to recover accounts receivable and manage accounts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct home-based collections and account reactivation 2. Negotiate with customers and collect equipment 3. Completed high school education and experience operating a motorcycle Totalplay, a Mexican company of Grupo Salinas and a leader in the TELECOMMUNICATIONS industry, committed to labor equality and non-discrimination, invites your talent for the position of: HOME-BASED COLLECTION AGENT Main Responsibilities: Conduct home-based collection on assigned accounts Complete physical or electronic forms in the collection system documenting results of collection activities Make calls to reactivate accounts Collect equipment at customer residences Negotiate with customers by offering alternative payment options Recover 15% of assigned portfolio Position Requirements: Education: Completed high school education Motorcycle operation experience (Class M driver's license) Customer service orientation and negotiation attitude Compensation Package: Gross base salary: $11,000 monthly (paid biweekly) Uncapped commissions Statutory benefits (15-day Christmas bonus, 25% vacation premium, and vacation days as per the Federal Labor Law) Grupo Salinas benefits Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General High School years of experience Age: between 25 and 50 years Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, deputy manager, responsible person, coordinator, agent, captain, collection, payment, collection, domestic, household, home-based, domestic
