Job Responsibilities: Guide and advise clients on pension-related procedures: retirement, pensions, benefits, and available alternatives. Analyze employment and pension histories to deliver personalized recommendations. Perform Afore account registrations and transfers. Manage and track processes with the corresponding institutions. Maintain up-to-date records and report progress. Provide professional, respectful, and clear service at every stage of the advisory process. Requirements: • 1 year of prior experience in pension advisory (Afore) or intangible sales such as financial services. • Knowledge of the pension system and current regulations. • Ability to communicate complex information in simple terms. • Basic to intermediate proficiency with digital tools. • High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
