Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Collections Advisor to manage non-payment portfolios and perform customer retention via telephone and/or home visits, documenting interactions in Salesforce. Documentation of interactions in the Salesforce system Totalplay is a Mexican company belonging to Grupo Salinas and a leader in the TELECOMMUNICATIONS industry, committed to labor equality and non-discrimination; we invite you to join our team as: Administrative Collections Advisor: Requirements: Incomplete or completed high school education Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service, Collections, Marketing, Customer Recovery, or Sales Follow-up Strong verbal communication skills Customer interaction skills Responsibilities: Achieve objectives for first-invoice and/or bucketed non-payment portfolios as defined by central strategy. Perform retention of first-invoice non-payment accounts via telephone and/or home visits for 100% of assigned portfolios. Conduct early-stage portfolio management via telephone and/or home visits for unlocated customers and/or those refusing payment, as assigned by central collections. Responsible for early-stage portfolio (Day 25 to Day 56 delinquency). Frequently report findings, causes, and/or reasons for non-payment (e.g., missing invoice, unaware of payment methods, etc.). Document customer interactions in the Salesforce system / Dashboard. Responsible for managing and monitoring the NPPF indicator for accounts aged Day 25 to Day 199 delinquency.
