We are competent, capable, and invest in our people and processes to ensure sustained growth and consistent excellence every day. **What Is the Role?** The Process Technician is a member of the Engineering team involved in all aspects of the manufacturing process, particularly in machine and mold validation, new product introduction, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: * Conducts validation of new molds, machines, and other equipment. * Performs process optimization, documentation, and maintains process control records. * Ensures processes operate up to the validated state. * Ensures work is performed in compliance with company manufacturing procedures and Work Instructions. * Assists in developing new work instructions and forms to support validation activities. * Resolves product and process technical issues. * Collaborates closely with tool shop and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues. * Works on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing projects. **Who Are We Looking For?** * Education: Minimum diploma-level qualification in plastics engineering or equivalent relevant field. * Prior experience as a molding/process technician in a plastic injection molding company. * Understanding and experience in Design of Experiments (DOE) management. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
