




**Responsibilities** * Coordinate daily restaurant operations including shooting, bar, and kitchen * Provide superior service and maximize customer satisfaction * Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints * Regularly evaluate product quality and investigate new suppliers * Organize and supervise shifts * Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity * Estimate future needs for items, kitchen utensils, and cleaning supplies * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations * Maintain the restaurant's positive image and suggest ways to enhance it * Control operating costs and identify measures to reduce waste * Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses * Promote the brand within the local community through word-of-mouth and in-restaurant events * Recommend strategies to reach a broader audience * Train new employees and regular staff on proper customer service practices * Implement policies and protocols to support future restaurant operations **Requirements** * Proven experience working as a restaurant manager, general restaurant manager, hospitality manager, or similar role * Proven customer service experience in a managerial role * Extensive knowledge of food and beverages, with the ability to recall and describe ingredients and dishes to inform customers and service staff * Familiarity with restaurant management software such as WANSOFT * Strong leadership, motivation, and interpersonal skills * In-depth financial management skills * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; a degree in Hotel Management or culinary school is preferred Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing Workplace: On-site employment
