End-to-end support throughout the credit lifecycle Customer service and personalized financial advisory. Customer profiling for financing through premium automobile dealerships. Presentation and sale of financial and insurance products. Management, receipt, and validation of credit applications. File integration, tracking, and administration in compliance with regulations and data protection requirements. Uploading documentation to internal systems for credit evaluation and approval. Customer support throughout the entire credit lifecycle until contract closure. Management of renewals, cancellations, buybacks, and refinancing. Preparation of monthly reports on credit disbursement and tracking.
