You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient flow of vehicles within the parking facility, providing guidance and assistance to customers. **Requirements:** \- Minimum education: High school diploma \- Experience in customer service or as general assistant \- Must know how to drive and have a valid driver's license. **Responsibilities:** * Guide drivers to park their vehicles safely and orderly. * Issue tickets or validate access, either manually or through automated systems. * Provide customer service by answering questions and offering assistance courteously. * Monitor the area to prevent theft, damage, or inappropriate behavior. * Keep the parking area clean and organized, including hallways, ramps, and entrances. * Report malfunctions or incidents to the supervisor, such as improperly parked vehicles, accidents, or issues. **We Offer:** Salary: $12,000 gross monthly Statutory benefits.
