




HR MANAGER Position Objective: Coordinate and execute human resources strategies, processes, and policies to ensure proper personnel management, compliance with labor regulations, and organizational development across various quality staffing projects, guaranteeing efficient operations aligned with company objectives and client needs. Job Requirements: * Knowledge of Mexican labor legislation (Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS).• Payroll processes and labor relations.• Human resources management systems (NOM-035, ISO optional).• Soft skills: leadership, conflict resolution, effective communication.• Desired: prior experience in outsourcing or quality staffing companies.• Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field.• Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar positions coordinating full HR areas, preferably in external service or manufacturing companies. Activities and Responsibilities: 1\. Personnel Administration: Supervise hires, terminations, and employee movements in the payroll system. Ensure compliance with contracts, files, and required documentation. 2\. Recruitment and Selection: Coordinate talent acquisition processes according to project requirements. Manage interviews, evaluations, and timely hiring. 3\. Training and Development: Implement onboarding, training, and development programs for operational and administrative staff. 4\. Labor Relations: Handle labor conflicts, implement disciplinary actions, and maintain effective communication with employees. Coordinate with external labor attorneys when necessary. 5\. Performance Evaluation: Oversee periodic performance evaluations and propose improvement or development actions. 6\. Social Security and Compliance: Supervise compliance with obligations to IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS, and other regulatory bodies. 7\. Organizational Climate and Culture: Conduct employee engagement surveys, implement improvement strategies, and promote a positive organizational culture. 8\. Payroll and Compensation Support: Collaborate with the payroll department to validate incidents and ensure payment compliance.
