Position Summary: Supervise and coordinate telecommunications installations, ensuring technical standards, safety, and project progress until final delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and leadership of technical teams in the field. 2. Comprehensive supervision of fiber optic and conduit installation. 3. Ensuring compliance with technical standards and project quality. **Position Objective:** This position is responsible for coordinating on-site installation activities, supervising work crews, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards, and tracking project progress until proper delivery. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the installation of conduits, conduit pipes, supports, and routing for telecommunications infrastructure within an industrial facility. * Coordinate and lead crews of installation technicians and contractors on site. * Supervise the laying, organization, labeling, and protection of fiber optic cabling. * Verify that installations are carried out according to drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. * Conduct on-site technical surveys to define conduit and cabling routes. * Monitor construction progress, schedule adherence, and daily activity control. * Supervise the proper use of materials, tools, and work equipment. * Identify risks, deviations, or technical issues during project execution. * Prepare progress reports, photographic evidence, and technical project documentation. * Coordinate final testing and validation of fiber optic installation prior to project delivery. **Requirements:** * Technical or engineering degree in Telecommunications, Networks, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred). * Minimum 3 years of experience as Construction Supervisor, Installation Supervisor, or Telecommunications Supervisor. * Experience in conduit, conduit pipe, cable tray, or cabling infrastructure installation. * Knowledge of fiber optic cable laying and handling. * Experience coordinating teams of installation technicians in the field. * Ability to interpret drawings, installation routes, and technical surveys. * Proficiency in preparing construction progress reports and project tracking. **GROSS SALARY** between $18,000.00 to $23,400.00 (depending on experience and negotiable). **Work Location:** Blvd. Cesar Cantú Benavides, Parque Industrial Alianza, Derramadero Coahuila.
