We are seeking a professional with both operational and technical vision to join our team—to coordinate projects, optimize processes, and deliver tangible results. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of technology infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence. * Conduct site visits, gather technical information, develop project schedules, and track project progress. * Supervise on-site technical teams, assign tasks, monitor performance, and document evidence. * Prepare project status reports, analyze performance indicators, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. * Manage resources (materials, staff hours, equipment) and ensure efficient budget utilization. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards across all installations. * Collaborate with pre-sales, technical support, logistics, and finance departments to align operations with business objectives. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field. * Minimum (ideally) 2–4 years of experience in IT coordination, infrastructure, telecommunications, or technical operations roles. * Solid knowledge of structured cabling systems, fiber optics, CCTV, access control, networks, or similar—or demonstrable experience in technology infrastructure projects. * Ability to plan, organize, lead teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Results-oriented mindset, with experience monitoring KPIs, analyzing variances, and driving continuous improvement. * Strong communication skills—for coordinating with internal teams as well as clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. * Willingness to conduct on-site visits and work collaboratively between office and field locations. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a growing team within a specialized technology company. * A dynamic work environment, real-world technical challenges, and the chance to directly influence business outcomes. * Statutory and additional benefits. * **GROSS SALARY** ranging from **$22,700.00 to $26,600.00** per month—negotiable based on candidate’s experience. * IMPORTANT: Must reside in Saltillo or have plans to relocate there.
