Position Summary: We are seeking an Engineer or related field graduate with maintenance experience to supervise staff, track work orders, and manage spare parts and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. GRUPO UNIVERSAL IS SEEKING: **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** **Education:** Engineering degree or related field. **Gender:** No preference **Age:** 26 to 50 years old **Requirements:** Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, including personnel or crew management. Experience in electromechanical and combustion systems; gas handling experience (desirable); knowledge of mechanical and pneumatic machinery. AUTOCAD proficiency (MANDATORY), organized, responsible, and proactive. Willingness to travel (Monterrey, Monclova, Sabinas). **Responsibilities:** Supervise daily activities of assigned staff, track maintenance work orders, manage spare parts inventory, tools/equipment, and daily logs. Follow up on preventive maintenance of assigned equipment. Prepare quotations, requisitions, and purchase orders.
