**Location**: Saltillo or Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila. **The position:** Sales representative focused on identifying packaging opportunities within the local industrial sector. Applies technical knowledge to define company strategy direction and works directly with packaging engineers, decision makers, and company counterparts to identify and enhance customer experience. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients assigned by the sales manager. * Manage the sales cycle process to provide samples, quotes, and updates in a timely manner within the assigned territory. * Acquire a solid and detailed understanding of design, production, and manufacturing operations. * Present value-added packaging innovations and new solutions to customers, supported by the local design team. * Execute growth strategies and objectives to improve network expansion. * Continuously prospect to expand the customer portfolio, develop new relationships, and generate new revenue. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. * At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the packaging industry with B2B industrial sales. * Knowledge of the Saltillo industrial area. * Own vehicle with availability to travel. * Proficient in Microsoft Office. * Intermediate to advanced level of English (able to hold conversations)
