**Quality Manager** **Reports to: Plant Manager** **Work Location: Saltillo, Mexico** We have an exciting opportunity at our Saltillo Facility for a hands\-on problem solver who is excited about taking Motus quality to the NEXT level. The **Quality Manager** will be responsible for providing oversight to quality management system documentation, manage customer interaction and escalation processes and lead and mentor plant quality management teams to exceed customer expectations **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop and maintain Customer scorecard reporting process to track performance and drive continuous improvement * Lead and direct customer 8Ds and problem\-solving activities to ensure highest customer satisfaction always * Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer requirements * Ensure LPA process is robust and supports a continuous improvement culture * Support internal and external issue escalation process; identify gaps and corrective actions for issue escalation * Maintain product quality by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures and government requirements; collaborate with other members of management to develop new training methods * Prepare product and process quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends while creating a culture of continuous improvement * Lead Quality Best Business Practice team meetings to ensure collaboration between plants to implement best solutions globally * Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies * Achieve financial objectives by preparing the quality assurance budget as needed, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management or related * 5\+ years of experience in Quality Leadership role * 3\+ years of experience in quality management function * Automotive experience a plus * Six Sigma certification / ASQ certification preferred * Experience with Plex ERP system a plus * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint * Ability to travel on short notice, (international travel required) * Experince Tier 1( Toyota\-GM) Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
