Customer focus and satisfaction Operations Supervisor Shifts: 3 shifts (rotating) 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Transportation provided; weekly payments; category-based growth plan. Main Responsibilities: * Operate in accordance with the company’s Quality Management System and ERP. * Supervise, coordinate, and control Operations department activities. * Develop action plans to improve IWOS indicator trends. * Supervise preparation of Supervisor Checklists. * Supervise fulfillment of operational role responsibilities. * Resolve customer complaints and implement corrective actions. * Supervise implementation of strategies aligned with organizational context. * Ensure and supervise product traceability through labeling and report completion. * Communicate and embody the organization’s results-oriented leadership model. * Develop, print WIs, and deliver 7-step training. * Communicate and supervise implementation of operational communication strategies. * Manage and supervise effectiveness of project kick-offs and closures. * Promote and supervise customer focus and drive customer satisfaction. * Conduct process audits and manage audit outcomes. * Keep customers informed of project status. * Develop and supervise fulfillment of customer requirements via RFQs. * Supervise evidence and ERP data from direct reports. * Develop commercial plans focused on referral sales. * Conduct courtesy visits and manage outcomes. * Coordinate and supervise layout in the area. * Supervise compliance with Dock Audits. * Develop, analyze, and provide feedback on skills matrices. * Manage procurement of materials and tools. * Lead work teams and manage a minimum of 50 personnel. * Availability to work on the shop floor under pressure. Payment via BBVA, weekly payment schedule. One-week delayed payroll. Various bonuses for scheduled activities.
