




Full Time Ramos Arizpe Mexico Objective: Your central purpose is to foster a harmonious work environment, complying with current legislation, resolving conflicts and promoting employee well-being, which in turn contributes to the stability, productivity and success of the organization. What you'll do * General application of RIT * Maintain discipline in work areas * Manage and resolve conflicts. * Update KPIs * Weekly follow-up and interviews with employees exhibiting absenteeism. * Weekly follow-up and resolution of job abandonment cases. * Implement strategies to help improve absenteeism and turnover. * Execute contract terminations in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Receive voluntary resignations and conduct exit interviews. * Conduct employee surveys and implement actions. * Ensure external service providers * deliver quality service on time and as required. * Ensure basic services are in optimal condition * Participate in onboarding sessions for new personnel. * Meetings with manufacturing supervisors. * Support events according to schedule. * Liaison with union. What we offer . What we are looking for * Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related field * Language: Intermediate-Advanced English * Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role * Knowledge: Federal Labor Law (LFT), applicable regulations. Required Skills: Leadership, effective communication, negotiation and conflict resolution, discretion, team management, organization and planning.
