




R E Q U I R E M E N T S Completed bachelor's degree \- Proficiency in standards; flexibility to travel \- Minimum 3 years of experience in **LABOR RELATIONS (required)** \- Submit weekly Operational Separation Reports to Payroll and Recruitment \- Maintain a centralized record of resignations, separations, and contract terminations. \- Administer exit interviews and surveys. \- Issue employment certificates. \- Draft administrative minutes. \- Distribute Profit-Sharing (PTU) payments to both active and inactive employees. \- Prepare and submit severance settlement requests; deliver severance settlements timely and accurately. Update various reports related to operational incidents (e.g., separations, medical leaves, vacations, etc.) \- Address conflicts and situations that may affect workplace climate. \- Monitor and follow up on medical leaves. \- Process employee separations in accordance with the Internal Labor Regulations (RIT) and the Federal Labor Law (FT). \- Request quotations from Procurement when their services are required. \- Conduct weekly site visits to stations. \- Submit weekly turnover reports; manage internal departmental performance indicators. \- Coordinate communication and related processes with all employees. \- Operate Microsip software. \- Sense of urgency; committed and proactive.
