Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with experience in industrial kitchen equipment to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigerators, cold rooms, and facility systems. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of kitchen equipment. 2. Operation of ovens and industrial kitchen equipment. 3. Performance of facility maintenance (plumbing, electrical systems, building). A 100% Mexican food company focused on delivering the highest quality standards in service and food products is seeking a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN **Requirements:** \- High school diploma (Technical Certificate in Maintenance) \- 1 year of experience \- Familiarity with kitchen equipment \- Oven operation skills \- Ability to commute within Saltillo **Responsibilities:** \- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of: \* Refrigerators \* Cold and freezing rooms \* Industrial kitchen equipment (ovens, stoves, blenders, etc.) \- Facility maintenance (plumbing, electrical systems, building, etc.) **Work Schedule:** 6 days on / 1 day off; flexible schedule (according to service needs) Availability to work OVERTIME **WE OFFER** \- Base salary of $18,000 per month \- Overtime pay \- Weekly payroll (with one-week delay) \- Statutory benefits If you are interested in this vacancy, please send your CV along with your contact information; we will follow up promptly.
