Proficiency in negotiations and other duties inherent to the position. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* Customer support, issuing quotations, providing shipment tracking and status updates. (Future client prospecting) Handling, tracking, and resolving incidents. Coordinating with operations for pickups and home delivery services.
