The position to fill is **\*Logistics and Training Events Coordinator\***, and \*its objective\* is to ensure proper logistics and operation of training courses and activities, guaranteeing a positive and valuable experience for participants, from room preparation and services to coordination of integration and team building activities. **\*MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:\*** * · Coordinate logistics for in-person courses (room setup, support materials, audiovisual equipment, supplies). * · Manage catering services, coffee breaks, food, and beverages for participants. * · Purchase and control necessary course supplies. * · Support in organizing and executing indoor and outdoor integration activities (team building). * · Monitor participant satisfaction and propose improvements in user experience. * · Coordinate with external vendors (catering, transportation, venues, recreational activities). * · Ensure compliance with quality standards and CGP's professional image at every event. * · Provide administrative support in expense reports, purchase requisitions, and supply inventory control. **\*REQUIREMENTS:\*** · Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar roles related to event logistics, training, hospitality, or customer service.
