We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today! **Continuous Improvement Intern (Winding)** ========================================= **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Update Delivery and Cost charts for Winding Tier 4 and Tier 3. * Capture winding downtime data for Pareto analysis of Winding Tier 3 and Tier 4. * Update the database of Winding Tier 2 and Tier 3 tags (open and closed tags). * Participate in and support Winding Kaizen Events. * Prepare, print, and post Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4 forms monthly; currently piloting Tier 1 in the Winding pilot cell. * Deliver and collect 5S\+1 checklists (completed by operators). * Perform day\-to\-day tasks and provide support arising from Gemba walks by management, visits, internal and/or external audits. **Requirements:** --------------- * Currently enrolled engineering student (Industrial Processes, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance). * Basic proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Organizational skills. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. * Responsibility * Initiative * Adaptability * Analytical thinking **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
