**LOCAL STAFF ONLY!!!** **Main responsibilities:** * Model architectural and/or engineering elements in Revit according to project scope. * Develop parametric families according to specific requirements. * Integrate technical, construction, and material information into BIM models. * Generate drawings, sections, elevations, and construction details from the model. * Collaborate with the BIM team to ensure proper interdisciplinary coordination. * Review and correct inconsistencies identified in own and third-party models. * Keep technical documentation up to date according to project changes. **Responsibilities** * Comply with BIM standards and internal modeling guidelines. * Ensure technical and graphical accuracy of assigned models. * Protect the integrity of information contained in the models. * Meet delivery deadlines and priorities established by the project. **Specific tasks** * Discipline-specific modeling. * Configuration of levels, grids, views, and templates. * Creation and editing of Revit families. * Quantity take-offs and basic measurements. * Preparation of files for coordination and review. * Support during internal and external model reviews. **Essential knowledge** * Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structures, and MEP). * BIM methodology and collaborative workflows. * Ability to read and interpret architectural, engineering, and MEP drawings. * Basic construction regulations and graphic representation standards. * Model coordination and clash detection. * Experience in construction projects. * Creation of parametric families. * Multidisciplinary coordination. * Technical information management. * Use of design and coordination software.
