Responsibilities: * Material preparation: Cutting wires, preparing coils, and organizing materials needed for winding. * Cleaning: Keeping the work area clean and organized. * Production support: Assisting the winder in winding and packaging tasks. * Continuous learning: Acquiring knowledge about winding processes and characteristics of different materials. * ETC.
