The **Warehouse Coordinator** is responsible for the efficient and accurate control of all warehouse activities including materials handling, inventory accuracy, storage, distribution, and documentation. This role supports the full supply chain process by coordinating material flow between receiving, warehousing, and production. The Warehouse Coordinator ensures that inventory levels are maintained, cycle counts are performed, and SAP system parameters and transactions are properly set up and administered in a timely manner. The ideal candidate has experience supporting new product introductions, engineering changes, and production requirements, while maintaining a high level of organization, communication, and problem-solving. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, kitting, and reporting. * Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic controls, cycle counting, and timely system transactions. * Set up and maintain SAP material master data and parameters (e.g., storage locations). * Ensure material availability to support production schedules, engineering changes, and new product introduction activities. * Work closely with planning to track orders and monitor material availability. * Collaborate with production planners and manufacturing teams to support on-time delivery of work orders. * Monitor and enforce safe working practices and warehouse layout/organization (5S or similar standards). * Manage documentation and traceability of materials, including lot control, expiration dates, and certifications where applicable (FIFO). * Support warehouse process improvements, standard operating procedures, and training initiatives. * Coordinate freight, logistics, and carrier scheduling as needed. * Prepare and analyze inventory accuracy reports and performance KPIs. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). * Minimum 7–10 years of experience in warehousing, materials coordination, inventory control, or supply chain operations. * Fluent in English (written and verbal). * Proficient in SAP, including material master setup and parameter administration. * Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills. * Understanding of MRP planning, BOM structures, routing, and production workflows. * Knowledge of warehouse best practices, cycle counting methodologies, and inventory accuracy control.
