Maintain an effective communication channel to efficiently convey customer requirements in order to achieve a fair, ethical, and professional business relationship through which financial and operational objectives of the company are met and exceeded. JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for the approval process for production parts * Lead the multidisciplinary team for the launch of a new program * Member of the business development team for quotations of new programs * Coordinate VAVE activities * Lead the multidisciplinary team for coordination of engineering changes * Participate in strategic planning for future programs, both commercial and technical * Conduct feasibility studies * Participate in technical meetings/negotiations with the customer * Participate in training required by the customer, and ensure its implementation into our process; preparation and presentation of program reviews to management and corporate * Administer resources provided by general management and provide necessary facilities for personnel under supervision to meet established safety, health, and environmental objectives.
