You will work closely with various departments to track each transaction, ensure compliance with internal policies, and contribute to the growth of the credit portfolio. **Responsibilities** - Assist and advise customers on credit products and services. - Analyze credit applications and validate required documentation. - Track the approval, formalization, and design process. - Identify opportunities for loan placement and portfolio recovery. - Maintain constant communication with customers to resolve inquiries and follow up on their transactions. - Comply with company-established policies, procedures, and guidelines. - Record and update information in internal systems. - Support preventive collection management, as applicable. **Requirements** - Prior experience in customer service, financial sales, or credit placement. - Basic knowledge of financial products and credit analysis processes. - Strong negotiation, clear communication, and trust-building skills. - Proficiency in digital tools and administrative systems. - Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under performance objectives. - Completed high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, or related fields is preferred. - Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and customer-service focus. **CV submission is mandatory for interview consideration**
