Job Summary: We are seeking a Functional Business Analyst to translate operational needs into structured documentation and lead requirement elicitation sessions during system implementations. Participate in the 'Explore' phase of system implementations **Role:** Business Analyst / Functional Business Analyst **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon–Fri) **Requirements (Non-negotiable):** * *Core Experience:* Demonstrable ability to translate operational and business needs into structured functional documentation. Experience leading requirement elicitation sessions with business users, consultants, and developers. * *Tools/Tech:* SAP (specifically FICO or another module), SQL, Draw.io (or equivalent diagramming tools). * *Methodologies:* Proven experience participating in the "Explore" phase or requirements gathering/analysis phases of system implementations. **Bonus Points (Desirable):** * Specific experience interacting with and documenting requirements for legacy system developers. * Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or agile methodologies. * In-depth knowledge of system integration processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the Explore phase of the SAP FICO implementation project. * Document requirements, business rules, and information flows from sessions with stakeholders (SAP consultants, business users, developers). * Produce structured functional documentation serving as the official guide for technical and integration teams.
