Ability to generate new business and strategic relationships Our Goals – Your Path We are seeking a Senior Project Specification Advisor with extensive experience in technical specification and business development within the Building Finishing segment. The position is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities through the correct specification of our product portfolio in strategic projects. The role combines prospecting, specification, negotiation and closing activities, as well as key account management and participation in tenders and commercial agreements. The advisor will be a key player in relationships with developers, contractors, architecture firms, engineering firms, and decision-makers, providing technical-commercial support, project follow-up, and ensuring the proper adoption of SIKA solutions from the design stage through execution. Your Experience – Our Strengths * Minimum 5 years’ experience in project specification within the construction sector. * Solid and demonstrable knowledge in Building Finishing: adhesives, plasters, mortars, and construction chemicals (e.g., form release agents, curing compounds, sealants). * Experience managing key accounts and high-impact projects. * Ability to generate new business, conduct active prospecting, and develop strategic relationships. * Experience in negotiation, closing commercial agreements, and participating in tenders. * Senior profile, autonomous, results-oriented, with strong technical-commercial focus. * Ability to interact effectively with decision-makers at all levels (technical, commercial, and executive).
