We are currently seeking: **Industrial Safety Supervisor** **Job Objective** Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations during the execution of HVAC maintenance projects within the plant, prevent hazards, and guarantee safe working conditions. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise HVAC maintenance activities in the field (work at heights, electrical work, mechanical work). * Ensure compliance with STPS regulations (NOM\-009, NOM\-017, NOM\-029, etc.). * Prepare: * Risk Analyses (AST / JSA) * Work Permits (hot work, work at heights, electrical work) * Implement safety programs and emergency response plans. * Coordinate safety teams (first aid, evacuation, fire fighting). * Verify proper use of PPE. * Conduct safety inspections on HVAC equipment. * Deliver safety talks (5 minutes / induction). * Maintain documentation control and generate safety KPI reports. * Support internal client audits (Stellantis). These functions align with current market requirements in Saltillo for field/industrial supervisors. **Requirements** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field (preferred); Technical degree in safety is also acceptable. * Minimum experience: 2 years in industrial safety. Experience in: * HVAC projects / maintenance / industrial construction.
