RESPONSIBILITIES: * Calculate and process operator payroll to ensure correct trip payments. * Perform and record resets of operator units to evaluate actual operator performance based on completed routes. * Review and correct branch operator payrolls to ensure accurate payroll calculations and performance assessments. * Prepare and record pre\-payroll for operator units arriving at headquarters to expedite the final payroll process. * Prepare and send diesel vouchers requested by operations to ensure vehicles have fuel for their trips. * Process and report travel advances to Treasury to ensure operators have funds for each trip. * Receive and supervise the diesel tanker reception process to ensure self\-consumption supply.
