Job Summary: Monitor production, ensure compliance with the quality management system, and conduct inspections and releases of products and raw materials. Key Highlights: 1. Promotes a quality culture and reduces rework. 2. Conducts in-line product inspections and material releases. 3. Prepares quality certificates and performs dimensional testing. **Mission** * Monitor production, implement corrective actions, reduce rework, promote a quality culture, and ensure compliance with the quality management system. **Responsibilities** * Release of machine runs by completing forms. * In-line product inspection. (in addition to release, two more rounds) * Release of finished products. * Release of products for screen printing. * Release of raw materials at the mill and warehouses. * Review of screen printing and stamping. * Release of raw materials. * Preparation of quality certificates / transportation conditions / logbook entries. * Conducting resistance tests (at the beginning of each month or at the start of a run). * Conducting dimensional tests (at the beginning of each month or at the start of a run). * Placement of visual aids. * Preparation of weekly quality charts. * Tracking identification of rework/rejects per the Nonconforming Product Control procedure. **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering. * Experience in the quality area of plastic injection \| 1 year.
