**Job Objective:** Manage the supplier base, ensuring that supplied materials meet quality standards, technical specifications, and contracted quantities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Processes (forging, machining, casting, heat treatment), Product Engineering, or Process Engineering. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes, VDA 6.3 audits, IATF 16949, Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, GD&T, MSA), and root cause analysis methods (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, DOE). * Proficiency in statistical tools (Minitab), Excel, Power BI, and Project. * Advanced English; German is a plus. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary ranging from $40,000 to $45,000 MXN per month. * Competitive benefits package. * Opportunities for professional growth. * Collaborative work environment in the automotive sector.
