Their primary function is to ensure the availability, reliability, and efficiency of production assets, contributing to operational continuity and achievement of production, quality, and safety objectives. **Specific Description:** Design and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans for machinery, equipment, and industrial infrastructure. Systematically analyze recurring equipment failures, investigate root causes, and propose effective technical solutions. Coordinate with technicians and suppliers for execution of corrective maintenance and improvement projects. Ensure critical production equipment maintains high availability levels (OEE). Monitor and analyze key maintenance metrics such as MTTR, MTBF, and downtime. Manage technical documentation, equipment histories, maintenance plans, and procedures. Participate in installation and commissioning of new equipment. Ensure compliance with industrial safety, environmental, and applicable regulatory requirements. Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth process operation.
