Lead continuous improvement projects and problem resolution **Job Description:** We are seeking a Quality Engineer with solid experience in the automotive industry, responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards in processes and products, as well as leading problem resolution and continuous improvement. This role will serve as a key liaison with customers and internal departments to guarantee satisfaction and fulfillment of requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with quality standards in processes and finished products. * Handle and follow up on customer complaints (8D, root cause analysis). * Implement and track corrective and preventive actions. * Coordinate internal, external, and customer audits. * Develop and maintain quality documentation (PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan). * Monitor and analyze quality indicators (KPIs). * Lead continuous improvement projects focused on defect reduction. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (IATF 16949, ISO 9001\). * Direct interaction with international customers. **Requirements:** * Education: Relevant engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or similar). * Minimum 6 years of quality experience within the automotive industry. * **Proven experience specifically serving as a Quality Engineer** * **Advanced English (capable of maintaining fluent communication with customers and audits).** * Experience handling OEM and/or Tier 1 customers\. * Proficiency in quality tools: 8D, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA. * Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 regulations\. * Experience conducting quality audits. * Advanced Excel and ERP system skills. **Competencies:** * Analytical thinking * Results-oriented * Leadership and influence * Effective communication * Problem solving Employment Type: Permanent position Work Location: On-site employment
