Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Job Description:** Ensure proper scheduling, control, and coordination of material shipments from Plant 2, guaranteeing inventory availability, integrity, and efficient material flow in accordance with operational and logistical requirements. **Candidate Responsibilities:** * Manage material inventory, ensuring accurate system updates and alignment with physical inventory. * Schedule and coordinate material shipments according to production plans and logistical requirements. * Prepare and maintain inventory reports (physical vs. system), identifying and correcting variances. * Track material movements and internal requests to ensure timely supply. * Maintain constant communication with logistics, warehouse, production, and transportation teams to ensure shipment plan compliance. * Follow established procedures for material control and shipment documentation. **Academic Requirements:** Completed high school or technical degree. **Skills:** ### **Inventory Management** * Ability to manage inventories, validate discrepancies, and maintain system accuracy. ### **Report Generation** * Proficiency in generating physical–system inventory reports, detecting variations, and documenting evidence. ### **Attention to Detail** * High level of precision in verifying shipping documents and operational records. ### **Logistics Administration** * Experience coordinating shipments and material movements. * Ability to organize routes, timelines, and priorities. **Additional Information:** * Willingness to work rotating shifts. * Willingness to work overtime. * Relocation is not provided. **FINAL DETAILS:** Please regularly check the email associated with your application, including your spam/junk folder, as this is our primary method of correspondence.
