Support continuous improvement in customer service processes Job Description: Join our dynamic team as a **Customer Service Representative in our Monterrey plant 4,** and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience through effective order follow\-up, cross\-functional coordination, and proactive problem\-solving. We’re looking for a service\-oriented professional who can manage customer needs with accuracy, urgency, and a strong sense of ownership. **Resopnsibilities:*** Manage customer orders and follow up on order status, delivery dates, changes, and issue resolution * Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information while ensuring a positive service experience * Coordinate closely with planning, production, logistics, quality, and other internal teams to support customer requirements * Monitor open orders, backlogs, and critical requests to identify risks and support on\-time responses * Support continuous improvement in customer service processes, reporting, and communication flow * Maintain accurate documentation and system updates related to customer requests, order changes, and follow\-up actions (External) English Qualifications: Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or a related field * Strong customer focus with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment * Good analytical skills and attention to detail to follow up on orders, identify issues, and support problem\-solving * Effective communication skills with the ability to work across different functions and build strong relationships * Ability to stay organized, take action, and follow through on critical customer needs * Experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, or a related operational environment is a plus (External) English Company Boiler Plate: **Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?** When you are thinking about joining a new team, culture matters.
