Here, you’ll make an impact by: * Conducting process and/or product audits to verify compliance with standards per situation, documenting findings in various platforms for nonconformities. * Performing tests and measurements for product and raw material validation, ensuring quality. * Supporting inspection and release of incoming raw materials, measurements, and certificate validation. * Entering and updating information across various databases (Document Change Requests, Inspection Standards, Engineering Changes, Engineering Order Changes, Material Safety, Rejections, Bills of Material (BOM), Item Masters, Sample Requisitions, Retention Material Data). * Facilitating continuous improvement initiatives in Kaizen events, supporting operational departments, leading problem-solving teams, and serving as the liaison between production line and Quality Department. **Your skills and experience** **To succeed in this position from day one, Solventum requires (at minimum) the following qualifications:** * Technical certification / incomplete technical degree AND approximately 1 year of related experience OR * University degree AND 6 months of related work experience AND in addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: * 6 months or 1 year of experience in audits and/or understanding of ISO9001. * Knowledge of basic measurement instrumentation (Vernier calipers, pin gages, calipers, etc.). * Availability to rotate shifts. **Additional qualifications that could further support your success in this role include:** * Fostering collaboration and teamwork. * Acting with integrity and transparency. * Proactivity. * Effective communication. **Work location:** * On-site **Guadalupe Plant.** **Supporting your well-being** Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life—both physically and financially.
