We are passionate about nurturing young talent and providing you with the real-world experience needed to launch your career. **Your key responsibilities and learning opportunities:** * Engineering Support: Assist in manufacturing process audits and development of lab metrics (rates and cycle times). * Design and Layout: Conduct dimensional surveys and update the entire plant layout using AutoCAD. * Improvement Projects: Participate in time studies, motion analysis, work cell design, and process standardization. * Control and Organization: Assist with inventory management of mold shop spare parts (counting, cataloging, organizing, and identifying). **What we’re looking for:** * Education: Currently enrolled in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering (with availability for a full-year internship). * Key skills: Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite. * Desired competencies: Time and motion studies, work cell design, and manufacturing processes. * Intermediate English (reading and comprehension). * Availability for morning shifts. **What we offer:** * Monthly stipend of $8,400.00. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. * Agreement with INDEX.
